Prison Care & Support Network Children’s Christmas Party 2015

Each year we raise funds in order to reach out to offenders by offering those that we are journeying with a small token which include much needed basic toiletries.  This transparent gift include a facecloth, bath  soap, toothbrush, two Christmas cards with postal stamps, a note book and a pen.  Many offenders do not get any visits from family or friends and experience extreme loneliness especially during the Christmas season. 
 
Children of Offenders and Released Offenders:
 
We owe an enormous debt of gratitude to the Parents with a Passion group of Our Lady Help of Christians who have joined hands with us to offer a gift to the child/children of offenders and released offenders through their Christmas Shoebox Project. 
 
2014:  In December they have given 14 children shoe boxes containing toys, toiletries and stationery.
2015:  In December we have arranged a Christmas Party which kicked off with a light lunch, games, face-painting and lots of laughter and fun.  Parents with a Passion sponsored the light lunch and once again put Jesus back into Christmas by offering 15 children with a Christmas gift.  The joy that these children’ faces displayed was indescribable.
